Flag, Registration & Insurance

The yacht sails under the Polish flag and is fully registered in Poland.

For co-ownership, the registration process is straightforward. The registration company has confirmed that, to add new owners, the following documents are required:

• Copy of the new Bill of Sale – including the names and signatures of all owners

• Copies of all buyers’ passports

• Copy of the Polish registration card (both sides)

• Return of the original registration document to the registration office

⚠️ Please note: A new registration will only be issued once the original registration document has been returned.

The yacht is completely debt-free – no loans or financial encumbrances.

Regarding insurance: coverage is easily arranged through Pantaenius once all owners are registered. The yacht can remain under one shared policy (cost-effective, but requires one lead policyholder).
